I'm a recent physical therapy graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, NE. I am currently looking for work in the PNW and Alaska, and hope to work in an outpatient clinic. I'm an avid runner and enjoy the outdoors--especially kayaking, biking, frisbee, and soccer. Paul Farmer is my professional role model. I'm a big fan of Radiolab, This American Life, and On Being. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going to be traveling in Alaska for job interviews from June 10th through June 15th and I am looking for a place to rest my head at night without spending too much money.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a wide variety of interests when it comes to music. The majority of music that I listen to is either hip-hop or indie. My favorite artists--at this moment--are J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, Mumford and Sons, The Avett Brothers, Kygo, and Justin Vernon. My favorite books that I have read recently are: Being Mortal; To Repair the World; Pathologies of Power, David and Golliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants; In the Time of the Butterflies; Mountains Beyond Mountains; and The Alchemist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the opportunity to spend four weeks in the Dominican Republic providing physical therapy care to the community of Santiago. During this experience, I worked in a nursing home, an orphanage, and in a campo southeast of Santiago.
