About Me

RIGHT NOW I AM TRAVELLING IN ASIA

*** Please be sure to carefully read the section My Home, before sending any request ***

I am a friendly, sunny and always smiling person. I love to travel and to explore new cultures and alternative ways of living, to know people with other perspectives, to make new and fascinating experiences.

I believe that travelling is the best instrument we have to deeply understand other minds, to develop tolerance and respect to other sentient being, and to enrich our picture of the world.

PREVIOUS MISSIONS

In Mar-Dec 2018 I was travelling alone, hitchhiking from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, the last city of South America (3000km) and then, up from Ushuaia til the Titicaca lake, in Bolivia.

In Jan-Feb 2018 I did the Camino de Santiago, walking 900km in 35 days, from Saint Jean Pied de Port (France) until Finisterre (Spain).

In Feb 2016/Mar2017 I travelled from Rome (Italy) to Hsipaw (Myanmar) overland, means without airplanes. I did it in 14 months, covering aprox 40.000 km and visiting 18 countries.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to be sad. Happyness is not the scope, is the way.

The one who will have success is not the one who goes fast or slow, but the one who never stops.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because Couchsurfing is a wonderful project which relies on solidarity among travellers. Backpackers from all over the world have the possibility to meet other awesome and nice people and to share stories and adventures with.
