About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Work to live, not live to work! :-)
ABOUT ME
I think I'm a kind, open-minded person. I love people with a good sense of humour - laughing together is the best! I like talking to people - and listening to them, too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It all started when my children were small, we couldn't travel but I still wanted to meet interesting people. I thought if I couldn't take my daughters to see the world (yet), the world should come to us.
Interests
When I was young I wanted to be a choir leader. I attended a music school, played the piano, sang in a choir and loved music theory and music history. Then I didn't have faith in myself, that I could be a successful, talented musician, so I studied English Language and Literature at uni instead. :)) And about ten years ago I suddenly felt I'd had enough of the constraints of teaching in a school. I did a course in tour guiding and since then I've travelled to my favourite country many times. If we ever meet I'll tell you which country that is.
