I graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC this year. I studied political science and women's/gender/sexuality studies. I love hiking, trying new foods, cooking, watching movies, and community service. I've been mostly vegetarian/vegan since January 2018 (not long!) but I slip and eat chicken or eggs from time to time. I've lived in DC for the last four years but I grew up in Portland, Maine and lived in Portland, Oregon for a year before moving to DC for school. When I lived in Oregon, I worked for a political campaign to legalize marriage for LGBTQ couples. I backpacked around Scotland, Germany, France and Spain when I was 19. I also drove from Oregon to Maine when I was 19, stopping and hiking/camping in Washington, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Canada, New York, and Massachusetts before arriving in Maine. I'm adventurous and I love to travel. I speak French and some Spanish and Italian.
