Centrally located in the Catskill Mountain Region, we are a short two-hour drive north of NYC. The Resort is the perfect summer outdoor getaway. Whether you are looking to explore the scenic mountain views in the area or are looking to splash through our local waterpark, we have it all. Between June 22nd and September, 3rd enjoy free admission to Zoom Flume Waterpark, New York’s 1 Family Water Park right across the street.
