My roommate and I love to travel together, whether on a road trip in the states, or to other parts of the world. In the past couple years we've spent 6 months in Southeast Asia and 2 in South America. Couch surfing has been an awesome way for us to meet new people and see the world from their eyes. We've also enjoyed hosting surfers at our apartment in Kansas City.

My favorite music is slow, sad & piano-heavy. But I also enjoy a range of classic rock, folk, jazz, indie, blues rock, singer-songwriter, post rock & jam bands.
I like to read memoirs, whether heavy or comical.
I enjoy most movie genres, just please don't make me watch musicals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to see one of my favorite bands, Glass Animals, play an impromptu show in a house basement after their sold-out concert. It was really, really cool for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you how to play some chords on the ukulele or guitar, or some sign language. I want to learn Spanish and the violin.
