I am a Chef and my work has taken me quite a bit around the world, each time meeting up with new people ,culture ,environment and of course new cuisine . This is very enriching and keep your creativity going as you are challenged every time in your vision of the world. I am still on the road as I still need to see ,experience and learn more.

To meet up with new people that want to share the excitement of life. Travelling sometimes takes you outside your zone of comfort and hooking up with locals and residents makes it easier for one to get a better insight of the places they are going too. Allows you to experience the 'Seedy ' aspect of locations .
