About Me
Dog lover, filmmmaker and teacher based in Bogotá, capital city of Colombia. Queer/gay in an long term relationship.
I only used CS years ago to hang out and meet one of my best friends in a trip; I came back expecting both hosting and visiting.
I'm thrilled for the experience of connecting with other people, I like to get to know other perspectives on life and the world, thus you can expect a very talkative curious person here. As a filmmaker I consider myself "a gatherer of stories", I consider every person's journey is valuable in its own and I'm eager to get the most from other experiences to build myself as a person and creator.
Passionate as well for politics, social, gender studies, sciences, philosophy and poetry.
I'm interested in design, and all arts, focusing on filmmaking; along with teaching talking about my favorite movies is maybe what fills in more my spirits.
I work on a arts teaching program in my city, I've found in teaching one of the most rewarding experiences, thus, my life project is focused in artistic creation and teaching. In the course of the last years I've ben teaching filmmaking and audiovisual creation to young people, it's a job that conronts me constantly and challenges me to learn and give the most of me.
As a traveller the experience I enjoy the most is taking long walks to get to know the city and its people, this acompanied by a local is great both to know the city and the person.
Love dancing, listening to music, a good wine and dinner cooked at home.
Feel free to reach me out and chat a little in advance to accept a request ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm open to host travellers in my appartment at Bogotá, Colombia interested not only in a free staying but sharing and learning about other culture.
As a traveller I look for hosts and travellers. I find exciting to meet people and engage into sincere and thoughful conversations, I think this is the way to create real bonds, life's too short to not share our true selves. Love talking about arts, movies, politics, cultural differences, teaching/education family, philosophy and in genera I'm interested in getting to know what conclusions others have gathered through their path in this world.
If I'm your guest I'd love to spend time tih you but I'm aware other people's schedules can be tight so I don't mind doing on my own and we can figure out some time to share :)
