Hello everyone! My name is Cristina, and I am a Spanish teacher from Mexico. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in St. John’s, NL. While in Canada, I want to get to know people and places as much as possible. I appreciate the couchsurfing experience, and this way of meeting people has changed my life.

I believe most people are kind. Hopefully, I always come across kind and nice people, and I try to be that person for others, too. I love sharing whatever I have. I like to give because I have had and continue to have so many blessings in my life that I want to give some of that back.

Currently back to school. Doing a master’s degree is very time-demanding, and since I’m working on my dissertation, I am swamped. Most of the time, I won’t have time to hang out with surfers, but I will do my best to spend time with you and show you around

I like to meet people and share experience about everything. I haven been hosting travelers in my city in Mexico and I really believe in couchsurfing spirit and philosophy.

Food, water, a safe place to sleep and rest. If I have time, I will cook for you (I’m not a good cook tho), introduce you to my friends, take you for a hike, whatever is on the go.
