I am a farmer from the Black Hills of South Dakota. I also volunteer as a firefighter/EMT in Spearfish SD. I am starting a quest to visit all 50 states this winter. I want to experience the interesting people, places, and cultures in each one. Also I'm a really nice guy.

I like lots of different types of music, particularly country. I mostly prefer comedy and action movies. Big Bang Theory, Bones, and Two and a Half Men are some of my preferred TV shows.

I was given the opportunity to visit Washington DC and Florida with a number of other South Dakotans a few years back. The interesting part was that many of the people had never left the tri-state area, so many of their experiences were totally new to them, which was neat to see.

I graduated from chef school back in the day, so I may be able to teach you a little about cooking. I also know quite a bit about farming and firefighting. I would like to learn all about the places I am going from the people who live there, and anything else you are willing to teach.
