About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to enjoy every second, in every place I can go with my wife and my little baby boy. Trying to figure out how can we travel around the world in 80 days

ABOUT ME

We are a family of 3 coming from Dubai. My wife is Turkish, I am Colombian and we have a 3 year old boy coming with us.

After working a couple of years in Dubai, we are staring a new chapter in our life. Our plan is to build a sustainable house in Turkey later this year and perhaps start a bigger sustainable community for some more enthusiasts. In order to do this we will be travelling in Asia for a while learning about organic farming and sustainable housing for our future project.

Born and raised in Colombia, but looking to be a global citizen.
I just love to travel, meet new places and trying to find a way to live in new countries every time.
My dream is to travel around every continent with my little pal.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have been in Couchsurfing for a couple of years, both hosting people in Dubai and traveling in Sri Lanka. We are here basically because we like to meet friends, share our culture and of course, see the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

I can listen (almost everything), and I can dance latin music all the time. However I think nothing is greater than the Dark Side of the Moon experience, besides El Dorado, from Aterciopelados. Just give a try!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

All around the world I have seen amazing things. However, I still don't believe how some cities such as Machu Pichu or Giza could be built

Teach, Learn, Share

My wife and I have studied several languages such as English, Spanish, Turkish, Italian and French. We are always happy to share a conversation in a Foreign language :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have on board an amazing cooker of Turkish food, you don't want to miss the chance to eat Yasemin's food.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Aruba, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Laos, Maldives, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam
