About Me

Adventurous spirit in a world of endless possibilities :)

Born and raised in Texas, lived in Colorado briefly. If you’re visiting Austin or the hill country I can be your tour guide! I can show you excellent wineries and peach orchards, hikes and swimming holes, the best food in the city, gay bars and speakeasies, art, and haunted hotels.

I love a peaceful day at the hot springs as much as I love a thrilling night on the town. I’m the child of two travelers so I feel fortunate to have started my journeys young. The deserts of the American Southwest and the Colorado Rockies are my favorite places so far (dramatic landscapes and amazing wildlife), with San Francisco and NYC coming close behind (incomparable food, diverse culture, history, art). I have yet to explore Europe and Southeast Asia but they are next on my bucket list!

When I’m not traveling I enjoy reading, cooking, exploring the outdoors, going to shows, painting, thrifting, birdwatching, playing video games, writing, and cuddling with my two cats.

I’m trans so it’s important that my hosts are LGBTQ+ friendly. If that’s a dealbreaker pls don’t reply. 🌈

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took my senior cat on a two week-long road trip visiting national and state parks.

Teach, Learn, Share

Apologies in advance for my mediocre skill set. I know English and can cook. I can identify dozens of native Texas plants and some birds based on calls. I also have an above-average internal navigation system.

I’d like to learn how to surf, make cheese, and ride a horse. I’d also like to become more proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Texas cooking, late night conversation, a helping hand, memories, a dance floor partner, lifelong friendship
