About Me

Hey, Hi, Hello I'm 22 years old, I've recently graduated from university with a degree in Landscape Architecture and Town Planning, and I'm at that time in my life where I'm expected to get a job and work for the next 25 years. However that sounds like way too much of a commitment to me at the moment. I do have to return to University in September 2015 to complete my Masters, so as you can see I'm desperately trying to keep out of the clutches of the working world before it sucks me in forever.

I was recently working in a world heritage site in the UK called Ironbridge as a Landscape Architect, but the itch to travel is one that won't subside, I have just returned from Northern Norway having worked on the restoration of an old lighthouse.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ive been profiled quite a few times because of my long hair, and many people think I'm into rock, heavy metal etc. I can honestly say i love the total opposite Hip-Hop, Grime, Spoken Word, Acoustic guitar and House music.

The one book that sticks out to me is a book by a psychoanalyst called Stephen Grosz its called The Examined Life. In simple stories of encounter between himself and his patients, he reveals how the art of insight can illuminate the most complicated, confounding and human of experiences. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I grew up with my mother and my sister so I've watched just about every chick flick you can imagine, all of which have been tragically etched in my memory. Other than when I'm being forced to watch The Notebook, I like thrillers, action and comedy, il watch just about anything once.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked on an island with a Lighthouse in Northern Norway, where all you can hear is the ocean, the birds and absolutely nothing else.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love learning about other people from different places, i like finding out how other people live. I have stories from my travels that id love to share if people are willing to listen, and i'd love to hear yours. I stayed with a host who showed me unparalleled kindness and il never be able to pay him back, so instead i decided to pay it forward.
