Doing a lot of world traveling this year, might need a place to stay. I am as laid back as you can find them. Do not need much but clean sheets and a hot shower.

Tricky question..... I can say this, i have never let anyone sleep on the street.... my door is always open if need be.

Hiked glaciers in Alaska and watched the whales, scoured the streets of Paris for deserts, sat patiently on trains crossing Europe, swan the Med in Ibiza, partied till dawn in Amsterdam, made waffles in Brugge and sooooo much more.
