Overview
About Me
I am a somatic and body oriented practitioner working in collective processes and psychedelic integration. I am passionate about the intersection between grounded, trauma-informed healing, social justice and collective liberation. An advocate for human rights, with a background in Social and Cultural anthropology.
I love life, to explore and experience new cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is an incredible outlet to meet like-minded people from across the globe. I love to travel, but the kind of traveling that interests me is one that allows me to immerse myself in the culture as much as possible.
Interests
I love to dance, it is such a beautiful expression of ones soul. To let yourself be taken by vibration, and be in a completely meditative state free of worry.
Love reading, writing, traveling of course!
Food, the act of going out and enjoying a nice meal is a personal favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Left the United States 11 years ago and have since lived on two different continents.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to help others come into deeper contact with their body and inspiration, overall offering spaces to heal from collective wounds. I love to question the systems that we live in and see how we can make them better.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A good time with someone who has an open heart and mind. Someone that would appreciate and cherish the moments shared and memories made.
