About Me

We're video bloggers looking to meet new people all over the world to highlight local people, food, and attractions. I'm Daniel "DT" Taylor and my buddy is Daniel Morris. Together we're Daniel Television (DTV)! We love to hang with locals, learn local cultures, and of course drink local beer!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because the best way to travel and experience a new place is to team up with a local! We believe that travel is the antidote to ignorance, so if we can learn more about each other, then we can learn to love, understand, and appreciate the unique treasures to share with one another!

Our favorite quote states, "Don't be blinded by fear, anxiety, or misunderstanding... Let the world open your heart to wonder, curiosity, and thrill!"

Music, Movies, and Books

We love all music, but we really love to party to EDM. We're boys, so we obviously get down with Marvel, DC, Star Wars, etc...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Randomly got invited to a crazy Albanian wedding while vacationing in the country. After walking into the wrong wedding (twice), we finally celebrated with our new Albanian family. All the normal wedding accommodations were there, including Albanian liquor, tons of traditional food, and of course those creepy family uncles who love to stare at our wives (I guess every culture has those dirty uncles).

We've traveled to almost every country in the EU.

Teach, Learn, Share

DTV is all about video blogging (vlogging). We'd love to learn and vlog about our couch surfing host experience, what local foods you eat, local attractions you go to, and anything else you do as a local in your city. Daniel and I have a ton of crazy stories, and we love to tell it all! From discovering Icelandic waterfalls, to tripping out in the streets of Amsterdam, we're always good for funny "story times."

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a videographer, we make videos of all our travel experiences. I can make you a short video of my stay to share all the local things we do via social media. We'll highlight you as a host and give you a positive "video reference" for your profile.
