CURRENT MISSIONS

Going from Southampton to New York by ocean liner in November (2023), following the same route as Titanic (luckily not literally, hehe). Spend three months in Tokyo shooting a short film and finishing a documentary about the Golden Gai bar district. Last mission: from Stockholm to Tokyo by land and sea (including seven days on the Trans-Siberian Express!), and most recently spent a month in Barcelona with my cat Kafka.

ABOUT ME

I'm a writer and adventurer, always looking for new inspiration. People sometimes say I should plan more ahead, but I believe life is best lived with a good book and flowing sake cup under a blossoming cherry tree... because you never know if you will be able to experience it again. Mono no aware, as they say in Japanese. And I like meeting new and interesting people that inspire me.
