I can offer my vegan guests an airbed (single person capacity), my place has a small kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 shower, and a small balcony + access to the gym and swimming pool.

I will also provide you with fresh clean towels and refreshments (juices and water, tea) and/or whatever is available at the time.
