About Me
Always busy, I can't be bored, need something to do all the time ;)
I have been studying logistics on University of Technology and in the meantime I started to work in this area.
For few years I was also a volunteer in Akademia Przyszłości project (Academy of the Future). The main goal is to teach children how to win in school and in life. I was a personal tutor and within a year I had individual meetings with "my" child. With other volunteers we have been also organizing events for all the children from our project. Because of my job and studies (since third grade all in the same time) I had to stop being a volunteer in this project.
But I am still a volunteer in another - The Noble Box (Szlachetna Paczka in Polish). It's about providing aid to struggling families during Christmas holidays but the purpose is to help wisely - providing direct aid but also giving hope and an impulse to act to the families.
Apart from volunteering, I do love sports and I've tried different types eg. fitness, zumba, Krav Maga (even got Orange Belt ;) ), jogging, skiing. Currently I'm in love with crossfit and for me there is no better way to get endorphins or deal with stress. My dream was always to learn dancing as I love it but it's too late to be a professional dancer. ;)
Of course, I can sometimes just sit and relax, then I prefer to read books, especially crime novels or watch movies, usually tough ones with plenty of emotions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing since 2013 but, to be honest, I started to use it for real when I was in Ghana. I quitted my job and I found a volunteering project in Accra on workaway website.
When I have been travelling in this beautiful country, I was alone and I discovered that it's much more better to meet local people and have a chance to know real face of the country. And I loved it!
