About Me
Hello! My name is Dasha and I grow up in Siberia. I had been living there for 13 years. Yes, I know how to survive and not to die when outside is approximately - 40 degrees :) Yes, I saw Northern Lights and talked to polar bear :) Last 7 years I am living in amazing city of lions - Lviv in the Western Ukraine. Now I am studying journalism because of desire to make our country better.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling is an essential part of my life after my first Erasmus in Czech Republic which had last year. I visited a lot of amazing cities in the Eastern Europe and dont want to stop. Communication with people from all over the world is fantastic, because you are exploring other countries and getting valuable experience.
Interests
The most important thing you should know about me, I am crazy about taking photos. New cities, nature, children, animals, cosplayers, whatever you want! I have 400 GB of different uncommercial pictures! Don't like to get money for this.
In addition to this, I am a blogger. Writing about life, traveling and creating new short stories.
Also, I am trying myself in making short movies. As for my younger years I used to play different kinds of musical instruments: chello, little bit piano and guitar.
Other interests: comics (marvel/DC), video games, hiking.

Music, Movies, and Books
I prefer to listen to indie, ambient, rock, jazz and so on.Music should be played from the heart. Actually, I haven't got borders inside my head and I am open minded for every single melody.
It is my problem, but I am addicted to series. Now I am watching 19 things or even more. Flash, Arrow, The Waking, Dead, Elementary, Penny Dreadful, Gotham, Castle, Gravity Falls, Game of Thrones....
Literature is my other passion because journalist need to be good in many topics.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last summer I went with my friends to mountains for 4 days. We lived in tents, cooked on fire and climbed on 5 or 6 highest points ( 2.000 meter above the sea level) in the Ukrainian Carpathians. For me this trip was really hard but I did it!
