ABOUT ME
Mom says that I'm a good boy. (Un)fortunately I can't say much about that... I'm suspicious to do it! ;]
PHILOSOPHY
"A person needs a little madness, or else they never dare cut the rope and be free."
"Every perfect traveler always creates the country where he travels."
(Nikos Kazantzakis)
"A man of knowledge chooses a path with a heart and follows it and then he looks and rejoices and laughs and then he sees and knows."
(Carlos Castaneda)

A lover of the easy, simple and plain beauty of people and things.
I live in struggle for social and spiritual changes. Nowadays, I participate of a group that is promoting the estabilishment of a self-sustainable community in the country side. I've been also taking part in movements of conection between consumers and farmers, building fair conditions of market and ecological conditions of production.
I am also seeking for a wider selfconsciousness, practicing Yoga and Aiki-Do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I've got in contact with CS, I could increase a lot my instinct of friendship, returning to my teenager times (no internet at all!) and spreading the idea of true and REAL connection (out of the virtual social networks), meeting a lot of amazing people, hosting a bunch of other ones, always sharing my experiences with them. The local CS community of Rio was a quite fertile field to develop this idea and I try to give the best I can, organizing activities and helping travellers to explore this crazy city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most incredible thing I could ever see is that every day I can see every day born and falls, and then born again.
The most incredible thing I've done is to live these days, always in a different way.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to share some Yôga practice (although I'm just a student); how to make handmade chocolate directly from cacao beans, how to make coconut oil, peanut butter and other experiments; information about the vegetarian and organic stuffs in Rio; have a good knowledge about lots of unusual circuits which I can show people; dance some samba; all kind of popular (really popular, not fake stuff for "gringos") gastronomic and artistic places; natural beauties from Rio (even the "hidden" ones); diferent cuisine experiencies.
Whatever you can share with me it will be great if besides that we can have some true moments.
"Everything that comes to us belongs to us if we create the capacity to receive it."
(Rabindranath Tagore)
