About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet other people, to know other cultures, to open up myself to different ways of life and points of view. That's my way to understand who I'm and what I'm doing in this world.

ABOUT ME

Well, it's hard to make an introspective explanation, but I will try. Maybe you can help me with your opinion after we meet.

I am a very easy going, It´s very hard for me to get angry, because I think that there are others things more important to be worried about... We shouldn't loose our time on such negative thing. Our time on earth is not infinite.
I'm totally open-minded, flexible but also quite strict (with myself). I definitely don´t like to rush and I´m also very quiet.

Since I was a kid I was interested on travelling, knowing other cultures, landscapes, foods, etc. Very luckely I had the opportunity to leave my country and do what I like the most. For over 11 years I'm travelling, cruising around the world, and that makes me very happy.

I love to share experiences, to learn through the contact with the people. I believe every single one has something to teach.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, a huge city with a population of 20 million people. It's an exciting city that never sleeps, with thousands of things to do and a wide range of cultural activities. I like it, but I wouldn´t live there. It´s too big, too chaotic, too many people rushing.

PHILOSOPHY

Life goes always on and the best way to learn about it it's through the mistakes. They aren't something bad, as we usually tend to think.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a large experience surfing many (and different) couches around the world.
I've been doing it in Europe, Middle East, Southamerica, New Zealand, Australia...

I love to do it because it gives me a first hand approach to the people, the culture, the way of thinking. I learn a lot from every of the people I have come across.

Interests

I always, every minute of my life, try to learn something new. So there's nothing that I don't find interesting. I'm eager to know and learn more, and thus expand my understanding.
That could be in such different subjects like geography, physics, music, cooking, biology, etc, etc.

While travelling I really like to learn new languages and try new food. I like to go out with my camera and take pictures, especially when I'm in cities/towns/villages trying to catch something about the people, what they do, or how.
I´m also very interested in the history of the places I visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite part without doubt.
I love to read novels, essays, theater plays, poems... everything.

I like to hear all kind of music, from electronic to classical, through rock, jazz or whatever. I like traditional/world music too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sandboarding in Sahara desert at night!!
To learn to scuba dive.
Travelling the south east of Turkey.
To visit a Mayan village in the Guatemalan mountains.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a lot of stories from different places I've visited.
Lately I got interested in cooking, so it will be a pleasure to cook something.
And of course, if the hosts need a hand with something, I have two, ahaha. For example, it happened to me that I helped a host in Mexico to pack some furniture, or in Turkey to help translating a document.
