I’m a 29 year old Master’s student in Vienna, Austria. I am originally from Los Angeles, California, but have lived abroad for quite some time now.

I’ve previously lived in Taipei, Taiwan, Chengdu, China and Tongren, China.

What I've learned is that it's really the people you share the experiences with that makes it so memorable

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking to meet local friends during my research trip in Taiwan. I am here for a month and I return back to Austria on the 19th of May.

I'm looking to meet local people and a cheaper alternative to hotels. I think couchsurfing can offer a lot to travellers and vice versa. Its a chance for a cultural exchange and an opportunity to learn about different countries and people.
