Why I'm on Couchsurfing

I loved hosting surfers back in Canada. On a bit of a Hiatus now that I’m in a Taiwan, though I want to be back at it soon! Surfers and Hosts are part of a community that gets it. We need more people with this kind of empathy and energy.

All things Star Trek and Star Wars, currently on Voyager. As they say, mostly everything; From Chillstep and Triphop to classical music~ how about some salsa or merengue? I’ll always pick up a Murakami book and I’m trying to work my way through some classics; lately I’m big into shorter non-fiction that focus on a time and place. Biographies are great and I’m a bit of a map nerd, so I love Atlases lol

Anything regarding Cuisine, Pastry and Baking! I will share my love of this until you tell me to stop. I love anything to do with preserving, fermentation and Sourdoughs. Anything to do with Grandma’s kitchen that begs to be shared with the youth of our world.

Anything related to food or my country; I love doing dishes as much as bringing a bottle of wine to the table and sharing. I could help you with your knife skills or whip up a little something-something from back home ;)
