Surfing for summer

ABOUT ME

I am a musician, teacher and learner with a taste for adventure and keen to learn many new skills.

Currently I am working as a music teacher in Australia and in my spare time I am skate boarding or creating my own acoustic and electronic music.

I have a passion for sustainability and I have a "do it yourself" attitude toward most things in life. I like to make things from scratch including beer, yogurt, slow food, growing herbs and vegetables and hopefully one day cheese and wine!

I am very confident in cookery and I have worked in a commercial kitchen in the past. I have a vegetarian diet and I am keen to learn about traditional methods of food preservation and veganism.

I grew up close to the sea in tropical north Australia and I absolutely love the outdoors, being away from polluted city areas and experiencing big skies and clear bright stars.

I speak English fluently and I want to learn more languages!

I am used to working for a bed (workaway) so I will be an active member of a host's house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have sailed the seas with dolphins, climbed the tallest mountain in Ukraine, surfed in Europe, lived in a yurt in a forest and everyday I teach music to teenagers.
