Hi there,

My name is David - I'm 27 years old and originally from the Wicklow Mountains just outside of Dublin, Ireland.

Music is my muse, I play the violin, conduct and DJ.

Sound has me consumed as I'm evolving into more creativity and a love for music each day. I love to lift and shift vibrations with sound!

I left my corporate role two years ago with Spotify to rediscover my passion of music through performance, it's currently unfolding and I'm loving it.

I have travelled and lived in many places and countries, adventure is something I love experiencing. Embracing new cultures and environments is a pleasure for me.

I've been rediscovering my roots and learning a gift in energy healing that has been passed on by my late grandfather and ancestors. An amazing shamanic tradition from Ireland, adapting and bridging the gap of energy wellness of different practices from around the world; including reiki, yoga, meditation and modern research in psychology, western sciences and sociology to name a few.

I am collaborating with an international team of friends building a non-profit enterprise to help sooth the opioid crisis globally. Initially, we are creating educational programs to encourage and uplift the children of families who are suffering from addiction, grief and abuse. With the use of VR (Virtual-technology) we wish to immerse young people into experiences that will help them transcend.

I haven't been happier in my life as I am these days exploring new paths - as I invite in more projects of passion and dreams.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently on an adventure discovering new paths to myself and personal endeavours in music and creativity.

I wish to meet new people and travel as my adventure continues.

I am new to Couchsurfing, it has been recommended to me by several friends and I can't wait to see what's out there!

As I am building new projects I would like to keep my costs low for living expenses!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music - all for different moments, moods and feelings. Music for me is the language of emotion. I do listen to music on the go but sitting and having my full attention to some jazz, classical or rock is a treat. Dancing to funk and techno I'll be there too!

Open to many styles of movie - horror has me up at night, not gonna lie. haha
