I Enjoy: fitness, yoga, reading, nature, cycling, helping others reach their goals, health, meditation, reading(I can share good reads), conscious living, animals, people's life stories.

I teach: Meditation, working with your own energy, form/body weight training, using your mind as a tool to achieve your goals.

What I truly enjoy the most is helping people connect with their hearts and really be able to make their dreams reality. The only limits in this dimension is those we have programmed in our minds.

I love meeting new people both for sharing stories and knowledge and to help where I can. I had a vision of this and boom it already existed. I just love the idea of making traveling easier and affordable. I think everyone should travel and experience the world we live on and meeting new people and sharing cultures and experiencing how different the other side of town or the world is fascinates me.

There's no such thing as coincidence everyone you meet is another piece on your journey if you can make the connection.
