About Me

I am an explorer. Can be a trip to some hidden waterfalls, can be an interesting or fun conversation with someone I never met. There's always new things to experience, and for me sharing is a big part of that. May be a litle cliché, but as the famous Alex Supertramp once said, happiness is only real when shared (or something like that...)

Anyways, litle too deep on that, but otherwise I am an outdoors person. I'm a climbing lover, and love how it drives me to improve so many aspects of my person, whilst having loads of fun and connecting myself with the nature and climbing budies. It's the best.

Well, to finish, maybe to say that my two big projects for the future would be converting my own van and get on the road for sometime, see things around, maybe while climbing along the way... Second, hope to improve my musical skills, mainly guitar and bass, and get started making music with other people.
While these are on-going projects for the future, right now I'm finishing my Medicine degree, so I hope to travel to other countries and help people that don't have the access to Medicine that I have. I guess is a way of sharing what I have to give to improve other people's lives, and I like the ideia

As I said, sharing is important. Still think it's the best way to grow. Even better when it's with awsome people!

Music, Movies, and Books

Big fan of music (wow, what a shock!). I like everything as long as it don't perforate my eardrums or interferes with my psychological wellbeing, but nowadays I'm mostly into electronic and sometimes I Dj techno at some events. The great music doesn't lie there though, so whenever there's a live music event, may it be a jazz jam at the bar or an african drumming session at the park, I'm probably up for it!

Between Rock, Hip-Hop, Eletronic and Jazz I get always the best music for the mood I'm in, but ever more finding new music which blend the borders between these genres and expand beyond my western concept of music.
Love Radiohead, Fleet Foxes, Led Zeppelin and Air. For hip-hop, K. Lamar and Tribe Called Quest are a must.

As it concerns to movies, I like to ask for recomendations of some unknown movies, and like to give some aswell. Breaking Bad is a masterpiece, as is everything Tarantino and Vileneuve puts their hands on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's not that amazing, but it's definitely unusual. I once slept an entire hour under the water of the irrigation system of a garden, in Naples. Me and my friends planned to sleep our last night of the trip in the airport, because we had a flight early in the next morning. What we did't know was that the airport closes, from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m., so we were forced to leave and sleep on the street, so we head to a little garden a few meters away. We were so tired that we didn't even woke up when the water started flying, and woke up all wet. That was extremely unpleasant at the time, but now it turned out a great story to tell.
