About Me

I'm a Computer Science student at Universidad Simón Bolívar in Venezuela, currently on exchange in Lund, Sweden.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like to travel (duh! haha), and despite sightseeing is indeed a part of it, I think the best part is getting to know the real people that live in the real city

The world is such a big and diverse place, and discovering what makes us different (and what unites us) is one of the most fulfilling experiences we can have.

Interests

  • partying
  • traveling
  • eating out
  • music
  • parks

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to Foo Fighters, Muse, Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Beatles, etc. In Spanish there's a Uruguayan singer I really like called Jorge Drexler, you should definitely check it out. That's not to say I don't enjoy some Reggaeton and Salsa every once in a while hahaha

Idk if I have a faaavorite movie, but there is one I really like since I was a kid, What dreams may come, with Robin Williams, and in general all his movies are great.

I would say Brave New World is my favorite book, Idk, I've always had a thing about dystopian futures, before it was cool :'D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe not the most amazing one, but a cool one hahaha. In high school I was Don Bosco (St. John Bosco) in a play in front of around 8000 people, just beside his hand (yes, his actual hand, they did some kind of tour around the world with it).

Teach, Learn, Share

Don't know what is this part about, but I love teaching whatever knowledge I've acquired in my short 21 years of life. I think it's the best way of learning.

I'm very curious, you will usually find me reading about the most absurd, unuseful stuff.

People some time joke around because I'm always sharing new apps and tools to make your life easier hahaha. Funny, because I did the same with my brother a while back, but he's worse than me, he literally knows every single tool that exists out there!

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you would like to know about Venezuelan and South American political situation, I love to, I can share first hand experiences about what's happening over there.

Also, I like cooking, I can make some Venezuelan food, arepas and empanadas, the former being considered the best breakfast in the world, for real.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Colombia, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Sweden, Venezuela
