Hey there, I'm Dean and you'll be staying with me and my girlfriend Maddie. We also have an Aussie shepherd puppy named Hiro and I have a 14yo daughter named Ava who stays at our place every second weekend. Have also just finished converting a mercedes sprinter van for van life, so bit of a mix. Love adventure, meeting new people and hearing their stories.

New farm is probably the best suburb in Brisbane, you can walk to the river from our place in less than 5 minutes where you can catch ferry's, continue to the city, and so on. Actually I'd say everywhere worth visiting in Brisbane is close walking distance from our place.

As you can see from my reviews I've got plenty of experience hosting and being hosted but Maddie is new to it so if you stay with us you have to help me show her how awesome it is!!

Weekdays and some weekends will work, no harm in asking right?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a big fan of getting amongst the locals while travelling to have a more authentic experience and meet people you would have otherwise missed out on.

I hate tour buses!! I'd much prefer getting lost and having a unique experience.
