Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I have been hosting and surfing since 2011 and have had mostly positive experiences that have allowed me to grow mentally, culturally, and emotionally. Like many hosts/surfers, I'm not thrilled about the changes introduced to CS during the pandemic, but I still believe this is a fantastic way of meeting people and places. **Please note homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, and racism are not welcome in my home**
Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite book is probably "Too Loud a Solitude" by Bohumil Hrabal. I am currently reading "Solo un poco aquí" by María Ospina Pizano. Music: soul, reggae, rocksteady, electropop, city pop, random stuff. Not into reggaeton. Agnès Varda is my spirit animal. http://johnnycactus.tumblr.com
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Aerial acrobatics in Rio de Janeiro.

What I Can Share With Hosts
I’m eager to share life stories. I love to hear about other peoples' lives, their roots, how they got to where they are and their expectations for the future.
