I have run over 100 marathons including sub four hour in all 50 states and four continents. I taught English in Vietnam for 9 months and currently live in Anchorage Alaska. I love travel, people and culture. I'm a new grandma and my daughter lives in T.O. area. I still run marathons and want to be a motivational speaker. I'm coming to Santa Monica for a yoga training applying yoga to a 12 step program. I want to help people who have addictions and family members apply yoga for their support process!
