Mi nombre es Deimer, nací y crecí en esta hermosa ciudad llena de historia, sol y sabor caribe 🏝️
Soy una persona espontánea, alegre, servicial y con muy buena energía.

Admiro mucho a quienes viajan por el mundo, conocen nuevos lugares y coleccionan experiencias increíbles.
Yo, siendo sincero, todavía no he tenido esa oportunidad 😔…
Ni siquiera me he subido a un avión 🥺✈️
(Si a alguien le sobran unas millas, prometo cuidarlas 😆).

Mientras llega ese momento, decidí conocer el mundo desde mi casa, recibiendo amigos de todas partes 🌍
Así que este perfil es para quienes creen que viajar también es compartir.

🚫 No soy hotel, ni hostal, ni Airbnb.
🏡 Mi casa es familiar, y si te abro la puerta, considérate un/a afortunado/a.
Desde ese instante serás parte de mi Colombia, mi amistad y mi familia ❤️

Si te gusta vivir la cultura real, sentir el ambiente cartagenero y probar la comida típica, estás en el lugar correcto.
Vivo en un barrio popular, seguro y con gente muy amable, a solo 6 km del Centro Histórico (no es lejos, te lo prometo 😉).

Aquí te sentirás como en casa, los vecinos te querrán rápido y yo me encargaré de que pruebes las famosas
arepas de huevo 🫓😋 y otros street foods que enamoran.

📚 Actualmente estoy aprendiendo inglés, así que si hablas o estás aprendiendo, ¡me caes perfecto! 🤗
Necesito practicar, conversar y soltar la lengua… little by little 😄

🧼 Algo muy importante para mí: la limpieza y la higiene personal.
Cartagena es caliente y húmeda, así que ducharse mínimo dos veces al día es casi una ley caribeña 😅🚿

💰 Cartagena es una ciudad algo costosa (arriendo, servicios, comida).
Por eso, quienes se quedan en casa deben ser conscientes de que ser anfitrión también implica gastos.

Yo ofrezco:
• Un ambiente limpio y familiar
• Una habitación pequeña pero cómoda para descansar
• Y si se da la oportunidad, un desayuno o almuerzo típico, hecho con mucho amor 🍽️❤️

Recibo amigos con frecuencia, y eso aumenta los gastos del hogar.
Por eso, si al finalizar tu estadía puedes dejar una propina voluntaria, será de gran ayuda para cubrir agua, luz y aseo, y así seguir recibiendo viajeros.

My name is Deimer, I was born and raised in this beautiful city called Cartagena.
I consider myself a spontaneous, cheerful, helpful and fun person.

I really admire people who travel around the world, discover beautiful places and live unforgettable experiences.
To be honest, I haven’t had the chance to travel yet 😔
I’ve never even been on a plane 🥺✈️
(If anyone has extra miles to give away, I’ll gladly take them 😆)

My profile is focused on welcoming friends, since I haven’t traveled yet, but I enjoy getting to know the world through them.

I live in a safe, popular neighborhood with very friendly people, located about 6 km from the Historic Center — not far at all.

I guarantee you will feel like family, be loved by the neighbors, and I will make sure you try the delicious
arepas de huevo 🫓😋 and other local street food.

📚 I am currently learning English, so any help is very welcome 🤗
I really want to practice, interact and improve my fluency, so patience is appreciated 😄

🧼 Cleanliness and personal hygiene are very important to me.
Cartagena is a very humid city, so showering at least twice a day is essential.

💰 Cartagena is an expensive city when it comes to accommodation, food, public services and rent.
For this reason, I want my guests to be aware of the expenses that hosting involves.

What I offer:
• A clean and tidy home
• A small but comfortable room to rest
• If possible, a traditional breakfast or lunch, made with lots of love 🍽️❤️

I often receive friends from all over the world, which increases household expenses.
That’s why a voluntary tip at the end of your stay would be a great help to cover water, electricity and cleaning costs, and to keep welcoming future travelers.
