I was born in the Caribbean and grew up in the United States. I love this life I live and the people I get to live it with. I'm open-minded and enjoy light-hearted moments and deep discussions so wherever the energy leads, I'm down to follow. Coming up I was taught to try and leave a space better than I found it and I apply that same philosophy to my relationships and to my life.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems to be a great place to meet open-minded, genuine and adventurous people who are open to teaching about their world and learning about the world of others. I feel like this is a great way to really learn a language and a new culture.
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a big music fan especially of Funk, RnB, Hip-Hop and groovy music from around the world. But good music is good music and so I like it all! I grew up with Santana, Bob Marley, Outkast and all kinds of music playing in the house. I like reading Sci-Fi novels and non-fiction books about the world we live in. Some authors I rock with are Octavia Butler, Paolo Coelho, Zora Neale Hurston and Aldous Huxley. I'm an open book myself and love learning about the stories of others. I believe we are each books writing ourselves and like sharing chapters with others.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Being myself and creating space for others to be themselves as often as I can is the most amazing thing to me.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can make music together, cook together, laugh together, go on adventures together, whatever, I'm down. As long as it doesn't hurt nobody and is a good time, I'm in for it.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Good vibrations all-day long! I'd love to cook for you, especially when it comes to breakfast. I like gardening as well and am willing to get my hands dirty with outside projects if need be. I was an English teacher for years and am willing to help others brush up on their language skills if that is of interest too.
