I’m very social in that I love meeting and relating to new people of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic backgrounds, equally with men and women. A most important part of my personality is a sense of humor. Finding humor in most every situation makes life great fun and adventurous for my friends and me.
Both my daughter and son are in their 30’s living happily with their jobs and significant others. Having retired from many years in a technical career, owning and running a couple companies, I was most fortunate to begin working on my own when my children were very young. Thus, I had the perfect opportunity to raise my children through high school working from my home. Best decision I ever made.
My daughter lives in San Antonio, has a wonderful husband and two lovely, sweet daughters ages 1 and 3, my only grandchildren. My son resides in Boston and will marry end of August where his fiancé’s family resides – Kansas City, KS. Although I was married for many years, I’ve since divorced many years ago. I thoroughly enjoy and welcome every chance I get to spend with my children and granddaughters. Oh yes, and my two golden retriever grand dogs!
Today I love the adventure of taking on new and different activities; traveling and participating and meeting as many new people along the way to share the excitement, fun, experiences and created memories of whatever time we are able to spend together.

• Pertain mostly to meeting/spending time listening to people tell “personal stories” and discuss their interests; I always desire to learn from everyone about a very wide range of topics;

Music, Movies, and Books

• Music – I love highly diversified types of music from film soundtracks, rock n’ roll; however, enormous number of individual artists I thoroughly enjoy; often listen to jazz, musicals, big band & country music. Love UTUBE.
• Movies – my favorites: dramas, comedies, romantic comedies & action. Even though screen writers usually take poetic license, I thoroughly enjoy films based on true stories/events. Usually, I watch films that have my favorite actors/actresses, directors that work with a great storyline and script. The lists in each category are far too long.
• Books – Prefer non-fiction and have read a great many biographies and historical works, books covering subjects in areas of art, humanities, political topics and people, true crime, soft and hard sciences. My interests cover a wide variety of topics, too numerous to name.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch hiked 6,000 miles cross-country round trip. Everyone I met proved to be great company, fun to travel with and very kind. One man even asked me to drive his brand new car for hundreds of miles while he slept in his back seat.

Teach, Learn, Share

• My interests in a great many subject areas and many years of giving seminars and teaching, I’m always glad to share my knowledge at any level;
• I’m equally very curious about individuals and enjoy exploring whatever they have to talk about. I try to be a much better listener than talker. I do enjoy learning from others to the extent they are comfortable discussing their thoughts, ideas & feelings.
• I’m an open, honest man; thus, I enjoy sharing my thoughts, ideas and feelings with sensitivity and consideration of how others feel.

What I Can Share with Hosts
