I have been living in the US and Taiwan on and off and two years ago I moved to the Seattle area. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I believe in a sharing economy and I believe it is the sense of community that keeps couchsurfing strong. I first encountered CS while a friend came into town to visit me and he mentioned that he was staying at a CS host's place. I met the host myself and he ended up offering me his place too so that I could spend more time with my friend. This is why I truly enjoy the people on this community and I believe in this concept of sharing.
