Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We are members of WWOOF www.WWOOFUSA.org
WWOOF is similar to couch surfing, but for longer term hosting where we provide room and board for a little help around the homestead. We love to help others, especially those who are willing to be helpful in return. So if you couch surf here, you may be asked to at least do the dishes or help with the garden for a couple hours. ;) We appreciate the symbiotic relationships of people helping people. if you are responsible, mature and respectful to others, we welcome you.

People we will NOT host: If you are only couch-surfing to "mooch", "running from responsibility", or looking for "party pads" or "sexual exploitation", then move on. If you have a criminal record or drug problems, you are not welcome here. This is a family-friendly home, and we do not cater to delinquent wanderers or vagrants.

People we WILL host: If you are looking for a new cultural experience, an opportunity to LEARN and share knowledge, culture and skills, to network and expand your love for humanity, you are welcome. If you have an event to attend locally, or seminar, or here on business, if you don't mind contributing in some way to our homestead, we welcome you. By contributing, we are not asking for money etc, but when we host a guest, we do expect some kind of energetic exchange that builds brotherly love and service for one another. As mentioned above, a simple task like helping with a small chore or helping in the garden for a couple hours will accomplish the symbiotic relationship we expect from a guest.

We are taking the risk to allow you onto our estate, so please understand that we have some safety guidelines for our own protection. You will be asked to show legal photo ID upon arrival. Our guests do not actually stay in our private residence, as we are not comfortable with perfect strangers having access to our private quarters and children. However, we do love to help others and offer accommodations in our off-grid guest house or camper. During warm weather, we can offer outdoor solar shower and toilet. This is a sustainable organic farm, and we teach permaculture and independence from the grid. If you are willing to agree to our guest terms, we welcome you.
