About Me
Hello I am back here to maybe do some travelling while I study in Berlin. I rent a single room so I can't have others here, but I can definitely refer you if you're going to visit Mexico
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's a nice way to meet new people and travel to places on a budget. I don't have a lot of money right now, in fact I was only able to study in Germany because of a scholarship. I'm relying on the kindness of people, and will certainly give back as much as I can when I'm able!!
Interests
I like to read and listen to different kinds of music, but mainly rock and all kinds of folk. I love languages and would like to learn ALL of them-- alas I have to choose. So I'm currently learning German, but I'd also like to learn a few basic Swedish phrases :) I will some day learn Japanese and Italian as well!
I'm particularly into Neuropsychology and Social Psychology. My other love is Astronomy ♥ , and I look up to Carl Sagan and Neil deGrasse Tyson.
This quote sums how I connect Psychology & Astronomy:
“When you reach for the stars, you are reaching for the farthest thing out there. When you reach deep into yourself, it is the same thing, but in the opposite direction. If you reach in both directions, you will have spanned the universe.”
- Vera Nazarian
I'm searching to span the entire Universe ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite bands/artists are The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Keaton Henson, Iron & Wine, etc. As for movies, I never get tired of re-watching Cloud Atlas and The Lord of the Rings. For books, I think I've re-read every Harry Potter book three times!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was young I told my parents "when I'm 18 I will leave" and when it was time to go to college, I found a good university, passed the exam, and went to live on my own to a strange city where I knew literally no one! Had no family or friends. Still I dared to go and make a life there. I will finish my career in a year & I've met amazing people and have many friends there now.
A few years ago my best friend and I told each other "we'll go to Germany" so I started learning German by myself, trying to have good grades so I could get a scholarship. I am now in Germany. I can honestly say I'm proud that I've been able to achieve these goals, and will continue to aim higher :)
I loved Germany, and now I've told myself "I will come back and do my Masters here" --it will take a lot of work, but this is my new goal.
Teach, Learn, Share
This part of Robert Frost's poem describes my take on life—
"I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."
I also admire Einstein's view of the world, from religion to society and politics. Kindness and harmony is Humanity's duty to Itself, and it's good for everyone on the long run.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to know a bit about everything, and I never get tired of learning more and more. I like to listen to what people have to say, and gaining a deeper understanding every day.
I love to have deep discussions, to make daring trips and to challenge myself.
I can cook mexican cuisine as well ;)
