My name is Diana and I´m a 18 years old student from Slovakia. :) I love travelling and meeting new people and I think that I am a very open-minded anc curious person, wanting to explore all the beautiful places on Earth. I´m currently diving a bit into programming, which I would love to have as my career (learning Java right now). Me and my friend Mirka are going on a trip through Europe in April as a part of the DiscoverEU initiative. :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I would love to meet new amazing people during my travels, since most of the time I travel alone. :) I love the idea of couchsurfing and I feel like it makes travelling something more than just seightseeing and gives you the opportunity to see the place with the eyes of the local people.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: The Lumineers, Chet Faker, Kaleo, Wilkinson, Oh Wonder and many others Movies: Into the Wild, Wild, Inception, Shutter Island... Books: So many favourite books! The list would be very long, but one of the best books of my life would be definitely The Beach :) I love watching movies and reading books, especially the ones about escaping from the society. :)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Swam to a small island with a castle in Turkey? I haven ´t done many amazing brave things, but I have a lot of small nice experiences.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I can tell you everything about my country (Slovakia), teach you some Slovak and also prepare some traditional meals for you! I can of course help with food preparations and cleaning up, or anything else that you need. :) I can share all my time with you and have loong nice conversations!
