Hi,
my name is Diana. I'm a 23 years old photographer based in Paderborn, Germany.
The reason why I love my job is very simple : I love animals !
But thats not my fault - my family always has pets, especially dogs, so I need animals to be happy !

If you seek me you'll always find me in the stable with my horse, in the nature taking some photos (I'm a little workaholic) or sitting in front of my mac working in photoshop .

I am also into sports like running, working on freeletics and going to dancing classes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When i was at school, i loved to take place in every student exchange the school had offered.
Why ?
Very simple - I love traveling ! But its important for me not just to see a new place - it is quite more important to learn about how to live there ! I love to meet new people with other cultures who want to tell me something about their culture and religion - THAT'S why i loved student exchange !
What i really hate is to travel to a new country but to sit all day in a 4**** all inclusive hotel and do nothing except laying on the beach or swimming in the pool and talking to other germans.
In my eyes it's just boring and nothing more than wasting time and money.

I was really happy and excited when i heard about couchsurfing last year because in my eyes it's quite similar to the principle of an student exchange.
I just want to see a country through the eyes of a person, who lives there and not running from one tourist attraction to another with a guide book in my hand.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- living in a turkish family in the central of Istanbul and getting waked every day from the Muezzin who calls for prayer out of the minarett 5 times a day.
- meeting a tiger in the Jim Corbett National Park in the north of India
- living in an indian family in new delhi and driving on the wrong side of the street on the high way "because it's easier"
- visiting the Taj Mahal
- Backpacking through Jordan
- Roadtrip through Europe
