I'm currently in what is called a 'transition period,' trying to focus on what inspires me. I dream of becoming a storyteller, gathering stories and tales from people around the world, and learning from their experiences and perspectives. So here I am, moving forward one step at a time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love to meet the humans between the pages of a travelbook.

My goal is to immerse myself in each place I visit, engaging in meaningful conversations with shared experiences and viewpoints. I'm open to new experiences and hope to discover and learn a lot from people I meet along the way.

Interests

I enjoy new things and experiences. I'm fascinated by humanity and all forms of expression, including all kinds of art, from painting to music. I love listening to music and always look for good concerts (Please feel free to give me suggestions!).

I love to walk and reflect, but I also enjoy having fun and meeting great people with genuine smiles. The ones who also smile with their eyes :)

I love and hate to improvise. When troubles arise, adventure follows!

Music, Movies, and Books

I give every kind of music a chance. Depending on the period, some genres might stick with me for a while or only an hour. I like the sound of a guitar and the energy of buskers. As for books, there are too many that have inspired me. When I was a child, I used to read Roald Dahl. Now, Tiziano Terzani is probably my favorite author. As for movies, I'd say "Mr. Nobody" is the best.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a good listener, my friends say I could be a psychologist. Maybe it's just empathy. I'd like to think that I was a shaman in another life. I feel a deep connection with my dreams and look with interest at signs and things like Tarot cards. I'm currently learning to read them and would be happy to do it for you - no pressure!

I'm a life long learner, so if you have any teachings to share or are passionate about something, I am always ready to learn.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach some Italian recipes, grandma's style and we can try to cook together or we can always watch a film on the sofa with a cup of tea and biscuits (or beer and chips accoridng to the time).
