Overview
About Me
I recently left my job as an investment analyst and am taking some time to travel, meet people, and think.
The boundaries for what I find socially acceptable are wide, but are grounded in some values. I believe everyone deserves respect and I am willing to try looking at things from other people's perspectives. Honesty is extremely important to me. I think it is the foundation of good relationships and trust. Honesty, truth, and learning are inherently intertwined.
I enjoy the bizarre, reading, writing, cooking, exploring, partying, discovering truths about the universe and sharing these experiences with other people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to get immersed in the places I visit and meet interesting people.

Learning - everything else flows from that. I like to understand how things work. For the last three years I worked at a large investment fund where I analyzed businesses all over the world and traveled often. I like understanding how different cultures approach solving problems and creating goods/services for society.
Games! I love games - sports, board games, card games, video games. My current favorite is a card game called coup, which I travel with and am happy to teach you.
Yoga and meditation - my mom is a yoga teacher so i've learned a few things
Cooking - cooking is very calming to me and i like sharing a good meal with friends
