My current mission is to get off this summer camp and go traveling in California!!

ABOUT ME

My name is Donna Marie. I am currently a brunette but this could change anytime soon as I like to change my hair often! I am working and living at Clearpool Summer Camp in New York for the summer (duh) at the moment, where I have met MANY people, including Claire Lennox Smith who I'm now going traveling after with! We have booked to fly from NYC - LAX on the 27th Sept, returning on the 6th. From here we are taking a night bus to San Francisco, staying for a couple of nights and traveling around various places in Cali thereafter. We are then planning on going to Washington D.C. where Claire is staying with a friend-of-a-friend and I am yet to find a place to stay. After this brief stay we are bus-ing it back to NYC and staying from the 9th to the 12th......somewhere!

PHILOSOPHY

I live for the rush. For innovative, exciting experiences. I am constantly searching for something else other than what is right there in front of me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will be 'participating' on CS by looking for a place for us to stay whilst in California, (Washington D.C.) and NYC.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never had a 'Couch Surfing experience'. In fact, I only found out about surfing couches a few days ago! I think it is an awesome idea though and I HOPE one of you nice people will let us stay on yours, because it would save us heaps of money that we just don't have for hotels or hostels :(.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

White water rafting at the Adarondacks. This was a first for me and it was immense.
