I`m from Novosibirsk (Siberia) and now I live in St. Petersburg. I am a graduate student in sociology and work as a researcher in the field of sociology of law. I like science and philosophy, but I also really like modern dance (I taught dances for several years) and art - this is inspiring. I love to travel and learn stories from other people's lives. I listen to hip-hop, funk, and jazz music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I traveled a lot in Russia, and now I'm just starting to visit other countries. To better understand them, I am interested in meeting people who live there. I do not like to live in hotels, because I want to know life in the country firsthand and find new friends!

I can talk about social sciences and how they explain what is happening in Russia. I can teach dance a little and just put some good jazz, funk or hip-hop music.
I can talk about life in Russia and Siberia. Everyone believes that it is somewhere far away, cold and with many bears. But it is not so (possibly with the exception of bears)! :)
