ABOUT ME

Hi guys, my name's Dom and I'm a travelholic. I can't get enough of it. For me its about more than just seeing new places, I want to feel them too. I like to really explore and immerse myself in new cultures and ways of living and meet interesting locals who share my passion.

I'm a very, very laid back person, that loves a laugh and good conversation and I always try to give back at least as much as I am given.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the couchsurfing concept and I'm yet to have a bad experience with it. I think that when you stay with a host who loves and is proud of the place that they live, you're not just visiting that place you're experiencing it as well. I'm looking forward sharing that feeling with others by doing some hosting of my own while I'm back home.

Interests

Well the obvious one is traveling, I have an urge to experience as much of the diverse amazingness that this planet has to offer before I die. I'm also passionate about music (play a little guitar), a big sport fan and love finding secluded beaches and lonely mountain hikes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Exploring the Galapagos Islands; swimming with sharks, sea lions, penguins, giant tortoise. It was an amazing experience. If you haven't been, go!
