I am an enthusiastic backpacker driven by an insatiable curiosity to explore the world and forge meaningful connections with both people and places. I can share/teach some self defense techniques, also some exercises practices that does not need to go to the gym, but also in the gym 😁
I am open to learn these too, I am not a professional in the area just have been practicing for some years.
