ABOUT ME

All the different things I'm doing fall under the umbrella healing and balance. I love being outside, I also love making things, spinning, knitting, making bread. I don't have a car (even though I can drive) Where I live it is possible to do everything by bicycle.
I eat simple home grown food (vegetarian, but don't mind other people eating whatever is the right thing for them to eat) I live in a small wooden cabin and grow flowers for the bees at the natural beekeeping trust. Since I've left the wonderful Garden at Michael Hall Steiner School, I looked after for 25 years, I do some advisory work freelance gardening and also Healing, Earth Energy healing and Cranio Sacral Therapy

PHILOSOPHY

I think deep inside we are all divine beings.and Divinity is shining through nature, people, through everything. To get glimpses of that, to be in touch with that, to accept again and again, the imperfections in self and others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

at the moment I live in a very small cabin and haven't got a spare bed, this might change at some point. I might be able to find someone to stay with in my area though
I'm very practical, and can help with cooking, cleaning, making bread, share my skills. I'm also quiet and don't need to be entertained

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
it's a very positive experience, making friends with people who I had thought might be very different from myself, but find out that there are lots of common interests and also sharing a wish to listen and learn
