Sobre mí
CURRENT MISSION
Our current mission is to make the world a better place by trying our best to be open handed and fearless. We are in our late 50's and life just gets better and better cuz' so much little stuff doesn't matter anymore.
ABOUT ME
We. The operative word is we, the dogs, cats, deer that eat our roses, live surrounded by trees on the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State. Home looks better and better every year as the cost of travel goes up. We know everyone in town and we like to talk to strangers. life is good. We go to church at Calvary Chapel, we love to watch movies and read and putz around outside. hiking, swimming, kayaking, camping are all up there on the priority list. we're connected to a few groups in life that make it oh so much sweeter. All the people we went to Italy with in the 70's are still a tight family that we all feel blessed to be a part of.
PHILOSOPHY
Share! Be nice! We are Christians, so we try to act accordingly. Not very judgemental because we all are so human anyway. We vote for democrats and republicans, if they deserve it. We have reduced our garbage and we recycle everything. We live in a fairly streamlined style which suits us just fine.

Música, películas y libros
Currently reading Love in the time of Cholera. I read alot, my husband likes to watch the history channel on TV. I'll read anything from gardening to NW History. I just finished a book about the opening of the columbia river to steam boat travel around the civil war time. i love all music. i like it loud too. Bruce Springsteen's Dublin DVD is the best ever! Movies? Spaceballs? Moulin Rouge? Red Violin, Shrek, all the Shakespeares, anything.
Algo increíble que he hecho
We've both skied in the Alps. whew! Seen the pope a couple times.Shared intense friendships for over 30 and 40 yrs. That's a gift that only life and time can give you. Ridden horses in the Canadian Bush watching the sun go down over a big herd of cattle. Northern lights too. We've had some pretty amazing experiences thru friendships with amazing people. too many to explain. Castles and stuff like that. A mozart mass in Munich at midnight on Christmas Eve. Came out afterwards to a fresh layer of snow. I think we all saw God that night.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I am a potter. i love clay. i love to sew and mend. I can fix almost anything. i'd love to learn how to play this pennywhistle i have. It's harder than it looks. i also have a mountain dulcimer that i only play in the most basic way. i do love to talk politics but only when there's no anger. we're all pretty much the same in more ways than not. I really have a hard time with people who think they're holy. We're all a bunch of klutzes just in varying degrees.
