ABOUT ME

I think, I am like a Diesel engine. I need some time before I am comfortable in a new environment and I do not like taking centre stage. - It usually takes some time before I bare my heart... so, be patient!

LEISURE
In summer I like... taking a bath in a lake/river/sea, promenade in the wood, going at beach-parties, hanging on pleasure grounds, playing football, visiting my family in Italy, (most recently) enjoying Paella ;-)
In winter I like... snowboarding, playing chess, reading, watching TV/DVD, enjoying Fondue, putting up snowmen, playing parlor games, (at New Year's Eve) gambling in casinos

WORK/SCHOOL
I am working in Controlling Dept. at ALSTOM in Baden (AG-Switzerland). ALSTOM is one of the largest manufacturer of gas-fired/steam power plants of the world. Furthermore, we are the manufacturer of the TGV (train à grande vitesse)

My nickname is: "Zuffi", after the not so well-known football player Dario Zuffi. He used to play in Swiss national league. One of my football coaches was in the opinion that we both had the same style in playing football, and as my surname "Fulgieri" is not that easy to pronounce...so, the new "Zuffi" was born.

PHILOSOPHY

My aims of life are...
...meeting the women of my life!
...possesing a house in the countryside, on top of a hill, with a view to the skyline of a big city, with a white piano in the middle of a room made of glass.

I am scared of...
...beeing burried alive!
...not finding the answer to the question about the meaning of life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Up to know I have attended two meetings:

BBQ/Zürifäscht meeting (Zurich, June 07)
+: Great meeting! Agreeable ambience. Fantastic weather. Good mix of people!
-: I have the impression that the group was split between Ticino residents and non-Ticino residents

Paella Party @ Vince's (Gossau, July 07)
+: Very well organised meeting. Enough drinks and food availabe. Friday evening was great! Delicious Paella! Enchanting surroundings.
-: Saturday and Sunday was too crowded for my taste. Too bargain (Vince, next time you can ask the double fee... so at the end you don't lose your ass on this, and at the same time it will probably be less crowded ;-)
