One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sorry to mention here one of the cliche of the ones who travelled in South America.
In Bolivia, I tried with a couple a nice beverage named cactus San Pedro which is a kind of improved Earl Grey. It's supposed to give you hallucinating effects. It mainly leave you a sour taste for months and within one hour after drinking it you just want to release your stomach.
So, we were three little white skinny europeans waiting to cross the borders from Bolivia to Argentina.
To avoid problems, we drunk the last part of the bottles we had minutes before crossing the border.
Unfortanetely, when we arrived at the borders, there was hundreds of local people waiting to go working to Argentina during the day. We had to wait to cross with the tremendous taste and halucintaed effects to come..
After forty minutes I succeeded to pass round the crowd and discuss with one of the militar (I had argentinan papers cuz i was studying there). I had a great smile and didn't think I looked fresh. He told us to wait close. Meanwhile one my friend, turned white, puked all the beverage just before all this humble crowd. Times after, the militar whistled to us as if we were in a Sergio Leone movie and we passed directly, as priviligied europeans, before all the people.
I felt shamed and saved at the same time.
Well, I don't think I have been totally clear.. Details will be provided to all the ones who dare to host me of course!
I add that I also visited Machu Pichu and flew above Nazca lines which I found amazing to reassure you..
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you french (both formal and slang of course) also spanish and little bit of portuguese. I can make some cocktails. I'm not very good cooker but know how to make a special plat ewith salmon and noodles. I'm currently enhancing my cooking skills.
I can teach you a lot about honey and bees as my dad is a beekeeper and I worked with.
